I normally go to a salon near my mother place to have my monthly hair cut. A 45 mins hair cut with washing plus a little massage at the shoulder and neck areas costs $28. But, during chinese new year, it is usually crowded and it costs almost double. So, as in previous years, I went to QB House near my shop this morning for a 10 minutes just cut. It costs only $10 without any extra charges during CNY and I didn't have to wait. The standard of cutting is acceptable to me.
